At Random

Went for an anointing for a dying person (cancer) early this morning. The power of the anointing gave hope that all is not gloom despite the inevitable face of death but also the joy of coming to meet our Lord face-to-face.

Had my first Mandarin lesson, in preparation for the Mandarin mass for 4th Sunday of Easter, after a month's break from it.

Bumped into the sacristan later who told me that someone had left some money in our Lady's shrine to the tune of $900.00!

Wanted to blade but the road over at the ECP is still wet after the rain. The sun is out now but not long enough to dry the ground.
