A Break In Time
Back at the Seminary. Loads of washing to do and there was this meeting to look into about the Vocations brochure for our Vocations promotion campaign. A little relieved that there's this short break from my pastoral month. Missed the air-con in my room, over at Holy Spirit, though. Here, the rooms are like microwave ovens during the afternoons and late evenings that make staying in there somewhat unbearable and very sweaty.

After much activities in the parish, the pace has slowed down very much as I stepped into the Seminary doors. This place has that kind of effect on us seminarians every time we come back here. Everything sort of take a 50% drop in movement and noise that is only perfect for those who are contemplating the divine or wanting to get away from the bustle of life and work. However, once the World Cup semis begin its run into the finals, things may light up a little. I'll be around here to provide some noise and raucous movement as I am seeing S Korea through to the end. Remains to be seen if this Asian team can be the toast of the finals.

Meanwhile, it looks like dem flies are taking a nap on my plants at the balcony. What a lazy, lazy afternoon!
