Hard Work
Another week ended! The month is coming to an end. Before anyone knows it, I'm soon getting my ordination for the Order of Diaconate! Only 4 more months before the year ends. Where did the days fly by?... It was like only yesterday that I entered the Seminary and now, the end of life here is almost upon me.

On the pastoral front, Holy Spirit Church (where I am doing my pastoral) will begin their new life in the new building by the end of next week. The current building will be torn down soon and a new 4-storey complex will replace it. The church has stood there since 1964 and has done many good for her parishioners the past 38 years. But the new chruch will see people into the another 38 years and promises a more interesting and encouraging sign of communal stability and God's love for all to experience.

This evening another milestone for the seminary vocation promotion was made when the Seminary Visit by the West District parishes went smoothly and attracted about 150 people. A guided tour was done, led by the seminarians, showed the visitors to the various aspects of seminary living. All said and done, the afternoon of para-liturgy, prayer and tour made the visit a memorable experience for all who had made the time to be here.

It has been a long and hard week of studies, pastoral work and vocation promotion....
