Ho-hum!
Usually nothing out-of-the-ordinary ever happens on Mondays. It is also teh day where we are totally off form lectures. Pretty quiet and peaceful. Unless of course you count a visit by Fr Gerald O'Collins to the seminary a point on the 'happening' scale. He met with us bunch of Theology students for a while. An Australian Jesuit and a Dean of one of the faculty in the Gregorian University in Rome, he just finished his series of seminars on Christology at the SPI. Nice and pleasant fellow. His accent takes a little getting use to.
This night also the Liturgical/Spiritual Life meeting. Short and sweet, over and done with. My name got suggested as one possible candidate for choirmaster next year. God's a joker...
The Philosophy and Theology Behind Stranger Things
-
The Netflix series, "Stranger Things," gives us a layered account of evil
that resists reducing all harm to a single explanatory framework.
