Changing of the Times
Just came out from my oral exam this morning. I think I did quite alright with Fr Arro for the question on the theology of Marriage (Sacrament). One down and one more to go. Scriptures under Fr Bernard on the Major Prophets may be a little bit more difficult to handle. Both prophets - Isaiah and Jeremiah - will be tested on. So, next Thursday I shall once again be a bundle of frazzled nerves for about 15 minutes before I come out screaming in relief...
Some news on the Seminary and also the Archdiocese in general, as officially announced yesterday:
Seminary
a. our new Rector is Rev. Fr Anthony Ho.
Archdiocese
b. Vicar General is Msgr. Eugene Vaz.
c. Chancellor is Rev. Fr Patrick Goh
d. Procurator of the Archdiocese is Rev. Fr Francis Lau. He also helps out as the Secretary to the Archbishop's office.
More changes in the Archdiocese as transfers are announced over the following weeks. We all wait with bated breath. Now also is the usual time where rumours go around with 'reliable' information on who's going where and doing what. Life would be boring without them!
